Our finishing table the "Xtruder 255" (similar to the Gemeni) is the final step before smelting and is simple to operate.
The Xtruder 255 has full variable speed control, which has a capacity of up to 255 pounds per hour and can recovery fine gold down to -350 to -400 (45 to 37 micron) mesh with a minimal water requirement of 6 to 10 gallon per minute, which fresh water can be used or pumped with its own recirculation pump then filtered and reapplied at precise pressure.
Our new table package will have water circulatory pump and tank, with over sized reusable water filter, pressure valve. All tables will be inspected, tested and pre-adjusted with real gold bearing material before shipping.
Testing has proven that the Xtruder is capable of recovering approximately 15% more fine gold than an experienced operator with gold wheels and also, at a faster feed rate.
